Human Resources

Welcome to Human Resources

McIntosh County Schools is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome everyone to come and visit our wonderful coastal community and school system.

This is a site to meet the needs of prospective candidates for employment, current employees and for general information to the public for review.

We advertise for certified openings through the Teach Georgia website. A link is provided below for your convenience. We also participate with college job fairs throughout the school year to recruit highly qualified prospective candidates.

Other job opportunities for non-certified support staff will be listed and updated on this site as well.

The Professional Standards Commission sets the certification requirements for educators of the State of Georgia. Click on link button, "Teach Georgia", on this web page to find the information for all of the routes to certification.

The McIntosh County School System strongly encourages all employees to seek and obtain Professional Learning opportunities for educational growth as well as for re-certification. We provide on-going Professional Learning activities through all of our school improvement initiatives as a system-level and school level. There are also many opportunities out of district for you to participate with.

Applications can be completed on TeachGeorgia.org.
